Entry Fees and Membership Requirements
To be eligible to enter the National Trust Queensland Heritage Awards, entrants must be current members of the National Trust of Australia (Queensland).
Membership must be made before payment of entry fees.

An entry fee is required for all submissions and must be paid online as part of the nomination process.
- For the Criteria of dates: 1 January 2023-31 December 2025 - a single award entry fee applies and must be paid online as part of your entry. This fee allows you to submit up to three (3) separate entries across different award categories.
- For the Criteria of Significant Projects dates: 2019-2022, a single award entry fee applies and must be paid online as part of your entry. This fee allows you to submit only one (1) entry.

$85 Community Groups, Associations and Registered Charities (allows up to three (3) separate entries across different award categories)

$240 Corporations, Businesses and Government Agencies (allows up to three (3) separate entries across different award categories)

$50 Significant Projects (allows one (1) entry only into one category)
