Trust Talks Twilight at the Temple

As part of the National Trust’s Trust Talks series, this special Trust Talks Regional evening event invites you to see the historic Hou Wang Temple and Museum in a new light—literally.

Enjoy a twilight guided tour that illuminates the stories, architecture, and cultural legacy of this treasured site. As dusk falls, experience the Temple’s unique atmosphere enhanced by thoughtfully curated lighting designed to evoke reflection and reverence.

The evening also includes a special gallery talk on the joint exhibition by artists Glynis Lee and Pamela See. Through contemporary works, they explore powerful themes of cultural memory, identity, and heritage. Hear from the gallery manager about the inspiration behind the exhibition and its connection to the Temple’s enduring place in the landscape of Queensland’s multicultural history.
